Return and refund policy

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER If the product you ordered was in stock at the time of your purchase, it is unlikely that we can cancel your order, as our system processes and sends orders for immediate shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please initiate our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting us at sales@cxmods.com to arrange for the return of the item.

For orders that are not yet shipped and are not in stock, please contact CX Mods at sales@cxmods.com to request a cancellation.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS If you refuse a delivered package, a service fee of $18 and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. This refusal may also cause a delay in the refund process. It is important to note that all shipments must be accepted and then returned following our standard return process.

For international orders, any duty, taxes, and fees incurred during the return will be deducted from your refund.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed, we will make an effort to work with the carrier to redirect your package(s). Successful address changes will incur an $18 fee, along with any additional shipping charges, which will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice® for more control over your deliveries.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS & ITEM WARRANTIES CX Mods does not provide warranty coverage for defective products, but most items on our website are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We are here to assist with any defective or warranty issues; please contact us at sales@cxmods.com.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT If you received an incorrect product, email photos of the incorrect part and the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to sales@cxmods.com within 5 business days. Ensure that the part is correct for your vehicle before installation. We do not refund third-party charges such as installation costs.

MISSING PARTS For missing parts, email photos of what you have received and the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to sales@cxmods.com. Do not attempt to install anything with incomplete parts. Report missing parts to customer service within 5 business days.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your package was delivered damaged, email photos of the damage to sales@cxmods.com. Keep the original packaging for inspection, as shipping companies require it. Do not attempt to install damaged items. Report all damages to CX Mods within 5 business days.

LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS After accepting an LTL truck freight shipment, you release the freight company and CX Mods from liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. Inspect the shipment upon delivery and follow the guidelines provided.

DAMAGE TO OUTSIDE PACKAGING If the containers show visible damage, open them immediately and inspect the contents with the driver. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, write "Damaged" and a brief description on the delivery receipt. Email photos of the damage to sales@cxmods.com within 48 hours.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Ensure your account has the correct address. Report missing packages within 24 hours, and if the package shows delivered but wasn't received, CX Mods will request a police report.

SHIPPING TO APARTMENTS/CONDOMINIUMS Shipping to apartment addresses is at your own risk, and CX Mods is not liable for loss or theft.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS Items such as original shipping fees, free shipping promotions, labor, 3rd party shop fees, and more are non-refundable. Follow the specified return process for eligible returns.

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be sent to the specified location on the RMA form. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. No returns will be accepted for opened, installed, or used products. Parts must be in new, unused condition with original undamaged packaging.

Credit/Refunds will be issued after the returned product is inspected, and the process may take up to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Any changes to our policies will be posted, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these changes. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.
